Responsibilities:
- Looking for new affiliates.
- Build and develop close relationships with new affiliates.
- Negotiate new deals and affiliate contracts to keep revenue and growth targets and KPI's.
- Ensure the brand is represented correctly in the affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews, trackers, and creatives.
- Handle day to day communications and provide ongoing support and assistance to the accounts.
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Work with CRM.
- Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends following through with reports.
- Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis and market research.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
The perfect candidate for this position will have:
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in health&beauty market.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both online and offline.
A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally to trade shows and conferences.
Excellent time-management skills.
Good written communication in English.
You should be a native speaker one of East Europe countries.
